Using DC Spotter.

Information about reading, interpreting and reusing our research.

Updated 7 October 2026

The research service

DC Spotter publishes research about European data centre projects and digital infrastructure. The public beta is free to explore, with project records, maps and source links. No account or subscription is required.

Read the evidence in context

Project stages, figures and dates depend on the available documentation. Coverage is selective, and records can change after the published snapshot. Estimates and unconfirmed fields should be interpreted with their labels and source context. Published records are research information, rather than confirmation of a future project outcome.

Use the methodology and linked original sources when assessing a record. Research is not a substitute for project-specific technical, legal, investment or commercial due diligence.

Sources and reuse

Original editorial text, site design and the curated arrangement of our research may be protected by intellectual property rights. Facts and third-party source materials have their own status and rights; linking to a source does not transfer ownership of it to DC Spotter.

When referring to our research, identify DC Spotter and link to the relevant page so readers can inspect its sources and context. For republication, bulk reuse, licensing or commercial data access, contact [email protected].

Responsible use

Please do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, impersonate DC Spotter or present estimates and unconfirmed information as established facts. Third-party websites linked from this site are operated by their respective providers.

Corrections and contact

For an error, outdated record or rights concern, send the page address and supporting information to [email protected]. The Help Center explains how to submit a source-backed correction.

Our privacy notice explains technical visitor data, external resources and enquiries. We may update these website notes as the service changes.
